Cyber Security Response Team
PCTeam will assist to accept cyber security incidents report in Polibatam as well as encourage cyber security awareness to mitigate any cyber security incidents happened in the future.
There are several related job desks:
- Receiving complaints - Receiving complaint reports regarding vulnerability findings at Polibatam
- Analysis and evaluation - Analyze and evaluate vulnerability complaint reports to understand the nature, severity, and implications of the vulnerability.
- Coordinate with related parties - Coordinate with related parties, including the internal information security team, cyber complaints team and authorities if necessary.
- Follow-up investigation - Validate the vulnerability to understand the source, method, and impact of the vulnerability.
- Reporting - Report the results of vulnerability validation and actions that need to be taken to related parties in accordance with policy.
- Conduct an awareness program of cyber security threats that may occur in the future.
